- Step 1: choose Menus on the left sidebar by clicking on it.
- Step 2: to create a new menu, type in the name that you want to give it. Something like: Main Menu or Footer Menu.
- Step 3: now choose what you want to add to the menu. It can be either a link to a page, post, category or even a custom link.
- Step 4: once you have your menu created, click Create Menu to save it.
